Job duties:
Gather and provide information to complete post-closing requirements.
Work with Member Service Representative staff to finalize collateralized loans, liens on titled collateral, filing UCCs, and securing documents for scanning.
Prepare lien releases and lien guarantees for members/insurance companies and dealerships.
Follows up on CUNA disability and life claims, GAP, collateral protection insurance, and other programs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferably have previous experience with loan document or lending workflows
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people.
Above average accuracy and attention to detail
Must be bondable.
