About the role

  • Ensure that the assigned off-trade points are visited regularly and systematically according to the planned route schedule through the team, taking orders and delivering company sales, availability, and product mix targets.

  • Monitor that the products ordered by the team are delivered accurately and on time within your scope of responsibility. Lead the collection process in outlets causing payment delays and ensure timely, consistent collections.

  • Ensure and supervise that Diageo products are placed and displayed in accordance with standards and in line with customer demand at points of sale, through business development activities carried out by the team.

  • Communicate and implement periodic campaigns to points of sale within the area of responsibility via the team, in line with company plans and targets.

  • Conduct and finalize agreement negotiations with outlets within the responsible region, in full compliance with company criteria and competition law regulations.

  • Work in a quality- and customer-focused manner in line with the company vision; report customer and outlet complaints to relevant departments promptly and follow up on the resolution process; monitor product shelf life and quality, ensuring proper stock rotation.

  • Regularly analyze market developments and create growth opportunities by sharing identified improvement areas and solution proposals with line managers.

  • Ensure full compliance with all legal requirements, company policies, and ethical standards, especially competition law.

Experience / skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree from a university,

  • Proficiency in English,

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and distribution within the FMCG sector,

  • Experience in team management and leadership,

  • Target-driven with the ability to maintain motivation in challenging situations,

  • Strong adaptability and communication skills, able to work with diverse internal and external customer profiles,

  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset,

  • Active driver,

  • No travel restrictions.
