ManpowerGroup Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift in Anoka, Minnesota

Our client, located near Anoka, MN is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their experienced Production team.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Anoka, MN

Pay Rate Range: $90K - $95K

Shift: 2 nd and 3 rd Shift

What’s the Job?

  • Directly lead production employees, including training, directing, conducting performance reviews, educating, and mentoring on performance.

  • Look after day-to-day production activities to ensure that current commitments are achieved while improvements are being made.

  • Handle daily performance through the use of process center communication boards daily.

  • Be a change agent and drive out waste throughout the manufacturing operation through the deployment of the Lean methodology.

  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions, and supports safety programs.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or G.E.D

  • Ideally 3 plus years manufacturing experience, with a preference for manufacturing leadership experience preferred

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing, with a strong ability to articulate and apply Lean concepts and methodologies
