A busy landscape and irrigation company in Anoka, MN is seeking an experienced lawn care foreman to oversee workflow coordination, on-site activities, and client service. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about lawn care, crew management, and delivering high-quality service. Location: Anoka, MN Wage: $30.00 $35.00/hr. Hours: Monday Friday, 6:30 am 5:30 pm (weekends as needed) Benefits of the lawn care foreman: PTO: 1 week in the first year; 2 weeks in year two 401(k) with a 3% employer match Supplemental insurance with company contribution up to $520 per year Career advancement opportunities Paid holidays Weekly pay Uniforms provided Duties of the lawn care foreman: Perform hands-on lawn care and lead on-site maintenance tasks Supervise crew of 1-3 members and coordinate daily workflow Conduct daily team meetings to communicate production goals Mentor and train team members to improve performance Track job expenses, receipts, and crew hours accurately Maintain safe worksites and monitor equipment for maintenance Ensure work meets industry and company quality standards Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and collect payments Requirements of the lawn care foreman: 3+ years of lawn care industry experience Current Pesticide Applicator s License Valid Driver s License and current Medical DOT Card Knowledge of lawn varieties and general plant care Proficient with zero-turn mowers, blowers, and truck/trailer operation Physically fit to work 40-60 hours per week in all weather Strong time management and troubleshooting skills Clean driving record and professional appearance Additional Information: Apply today!
