With over 30 years at the forefront of advanced machining ,our client specializes in Design for Manufacturability and Development services for the medical device industry and are hiring for a CNC Machinist!
Pay: $30-$40/hr. depending on experience
Location: Anoka County, MN
Schedule: 1st
Responsibilities:
Program complex multi-axis CNC machines.
Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability
Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times
Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions
Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment (medical device preferred)
Experience & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
7+ years of programming experience with strong machining skills (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or ESPRIT)
Ability to program, set up, and operate complex multi-axis CNC machines
