Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Federal Program Management to join our Federal Professional Staffing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of staffing engagements, ensuring all federal projects are equipped with high-quality, cleared, and compliant personnel delivered on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary bridge between client requirements and human capital delivery, managing a "Total Talent" mix of direct Iron Mountain employees and third-party vendor partners while ensuring 100% compliance with FAR and SCA regulations.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead Workforce Strategy & Execution: Determine the optimal resource mix (direct hire vs. subcontractor) and lead the full-lifecycle recruitment and onboarding of high-level technical talent with active security clearances.
Collaborate with Federal Stakeholders: Partner closely with Federal Program Managers to forecast staffing needs for upcoming RFPs and work with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to ensure all personnel meet rigorous agency security requirements (DoD, DHS, DOJ).
Ensure Regulatory Excellence: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for labor law adherence, ensuring total compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA), Wage Determinations, and EEO/OFCCP standards across all federal contracts.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in Federal Talent Acquisition, Program Management, or Workforce Operations.
Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, SCA regulations, and the specific nuances of managing a cleared workforce.
Proven ability in strategic demand planning, vendor ecosystem management, and financial oversight of labor budgets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (PMP Certification or active Secret/Top Secret clearance is highly preferred).

Reasonably expected salary range: $123,500.00 - $164,700.00
