Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Project Manager within IBM Expert Labs, you will lead mission-critical U.S. Government engagements, delivering IBM solutions with a focus on schedule, budget, and quality. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual requirements. Working closely with stakeholders and project teams, you will drive successful outcomes by maintaining strong governance, quality control, and effective resource management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required technical and professional expertise

• U.S. Federal Government experience.

• Project management experience in a consulting environment.

• Knowledge of IBM software portfolio.

• U.S. Citizenship.

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience managing multiple complex projects.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ADO.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Government delivery experience or prior federal service.

• PMP certification; Agile methodology familiarity.

• 7+ years of professional experience.

• Master’s degree.
