Job Duties, but not limited to: Architect and buildthe MLOps backbone of our AI products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate multi-functionallywith team members, designers, and engineers to define and implement technical requirements. Deploy sophisticated ML modelsat customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and high performance in production air-gapped environments. Stay ahead of the curveby integrating the latest ML/AI research into real-world applications. Lead the data pipeline-from dataset selection and preprocessing to quality assurance and model training. Lead experimentationand statistical analysis to fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and efficiency. Mentor and inspirejunior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications: A degree inComputer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on experiencedeveloping and deploying ML models for external customers-not just internal tools. Deep expertise inPythonand ML frameworks likePyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras. Proven experience withfoundational modelsand modern AI toolchains. Strong analytical skills and a track record of solving sophisticated technical problems. Excellent communication skills-you can explain sophisticated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated leadership in managingprojects or teams, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
