Job Description/Preferred Qualifications The Benefits Analyst is responsible for analysis, administration, and enhancement of KLA's employee benefits programs. This role ensures that the company's benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert for all benefit-related matters, collaborating with HR, finance, and external vendors to deliver superior service and support to employees. To be successful, the candidate needs to be a technical expert, with demonstrable experience uncovering business needs, making recommendations, and developing solutions. They'll know what the business needs, provide diagnostics, root cause analyses, etc. Critical skills for this role are analytics, problem-solving, and detailed recordkeeping.
Manage daily leave of absence operations and records, ensuring programs remain compliant and accurate.
Create and maintain comprehensive operational documentation for all benefits programs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and up-to-date information.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated benefits inquiries.
Complete all annual reporting and filing requirements to ensure benefit programs remain in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Support team director with financial planning including budget tracking, forecasting, cost analysis and reporting.
Lead analysis of benchmarking data to assess plan competitiveness and recommend changes.
Collaborate with program managers to drive or support special projects as needed.
Assist with annual open enrollment, including developing communications, testing systems, and supporting employees.
Identify and implement opportunities to drive operational efficiencies, streamline administration and workflows, by integrating process enhancement including AI solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Base Pay Range: $87,400.00 - $148,600.00 Annually
