Opportunity Highlights
•Outpatient Practice
•Join a team of 2 Physicians and 3 APP’s
•36 Patient Contact Hours
•Call: 1-8 rotation
•Clinic chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services
•On-site X-ray and lab services

Compensation and Benefits
• 2-year income guarantee of $290,100 /yr + production incentives
• $300,000 Bonus Package
•Moving allowance up to $15,000
