About the Temelli Site
Our Temelli plant is a growing medium voltage manufacturing center of excellence, employing 230+ people. We produce oil filled distribution transformers to international standards, supplying global customers across utilities, data centers, renewables, and industrial sectors. The site is actively investing in automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing – Automation & Robotics Engineer to join our Operational Excellence (OPEX) team. This is a newly created role, driven by growth and increased focus on robotics and automated production processes.
You will report directly to the OPEX Manager and work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams, with strong visibility from the shop floor to plant leadership.
What You’ll Do
Own and continuously improve welding and robotic manufacturing processes
Drive automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives within welding operations
Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
Support new product introductions from an industrialization perspective
Identify, test, and implement new welding technologies and automation solutions
Contribute to capital investment decisions related to robotics and manufacturing equipment
Support plant performance, quality, and safety objectives
What We’re Looking For
Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Industrial, or similar)
Strong hands on or applied experience in robotics or automated systems
Manufacturing or industrial engineering experience in similar environments
Problem solving mindset with exposure to Lean tools is preferred
Comfortable working in a production environment with cross functional teams
Fluent English, due to international collaboration with Europe and the US
