Nous recherchons un Propriétaire de Produit avec une solide expérience en comptabilité pour jouer un rôle clé dans une initiative de transformation ERP en finance. Ce rôle se situe à l'intersection de la finance et de la technologie, responsable de la conception, de l'évolution et de l'optimisation des systèmes financiers et comptables, avec un accent marqué sur l'amélioration des processus et les résultats commerciaux. Le Propriétaire de Produit collaborera étroitement avec les équipes de finance, de TI et d'autres parties prenantes pour garantir que les processus financiers soient évolutifs, bien contrôlés et alignés sur les objectifs de transformation.
Responsabilités
Posséder et diriger la mise en œuvre, la configuration et l'optimisation des modules financiers ERP, y compris les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes clients, la gestion de trésorerie, les dépenses, les achats, les taxes et les projets.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes en finance pour traduire les besoins comptables et opérationnels en exigences système.
Soutenir les initiatives de transformation financière et d'amélioration des processus, y compris les activités d'automatisation et d'intégration liées aux acquisitions, y compris l'alignement des processus et la migration des données.
Agir en tant que principal point de contact entre la finance, les TI et les partenaires de mise en œuvre.
Surveiller la performance du système, identifier les lacunes et recommander des améliorations.
Assurer que les processus financiers et les configurations système soutiennent des contrôles solides, la conformité et la préparation aux audits.
Développer une documentation claire, des flux de travail et des supports de formation pour soutenir les utilisateurs finaux.
Compétences Essentielles
5 à 7 ans d'expérience pratique en comptabilité dans un environnement d'entreprise ou complexe.
Exposition significative aux systèmes financiers, aux implémentations ERP ou aux initiatives de transformation financière.
Expérience de travail sur ou de soutien aux plateformes ERP (Oracle Fusion ou autres grands systèmes ERP).
Solide compréhension des processus comptables fondamentaux et des opérations financières.
Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications
Contexte en amélioration des processus, modernisation des systèmes ou intégration post-acquisition est un atout important.
Capacité à faire le lien entre la finance et la technologie, en traduisant les besoins commerciaux en exigences système claires.
Compétences en communication exceptionnelles avec la capacité d'influencer et de collaborer à travers les équipes.

Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, systèmes d'information ou domaine connexe.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology, owning the design, evolution, and optimization of core finance and accounting systems, with a strong focus on process improvement and business outcomes. The Product Owner will partner closely with Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure financial processes are scalable, well-controlled, and aligned with transformation objectives.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP finance modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Expenses, Procurement, Taxes, and Projects.
Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate accounting and operational needs into system requirements.
Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, including automation and integration activities related to acquisitions, including process alignment and data migration.
Act as the primary point of contact between Finance, IT, and implementation partners.
Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
Ensure financial processes and system configurations support strong controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
Develop clear documentation, workflows, and training materials to support end users.
Essential Skills
5–7+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate or complex environment.
Strong exposure to financial systems, ERP implementations, or finance transformation initiatives.
Experience working on or supporting ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion or other major ERP systems).
Solid understanding of core accounting processes and finance operations.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
Experience in process improvement, system modernization, or post-acquisition integration is a strong asset.
Ability to bridge Finance and Technology, translating business needs into clear system requirements.
