Program and Data Specialiststo join our team in support of 89
thAirlift Wing Recruiting Assessment and Selection Data (RASD). The Program and Data Specialist will be responsible for program and event management, data management, applicant research, stakeholder and personnel liaison, assessment and selection material support and analytics.
This position is subject to contract award
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer all the preselection and selection meetings.
- Oversee the master timeline for all AandS events, ensuring all critical milestones are met and applicable data is provided to the board members and graders.
- Oversee all aspects of data collection, including scores and candidate applications submission and records.
- Compile and provide data to the board for preselection applicant meeting, candidate assessment and selection week.
- Create and manage candidate applicant products.
- Conduct comprehensive research on applicants by contacting their past supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
- Manage the crossflow and retrain crew members research on applicants by contracting their supervisors, peers and subordinates.
- Synthesize feedback and create a consolidated report for each applicant to be presented to the selection board.
- Manage post-selection communication with AFPC.
- Serve as the liaison between the 89 OG/RASD office and contracted software providers.
- Serve as the central coordinator for the Operational Psychologist team.
- Coordinate with the Recruiting and Assessment and Selection Section for Program and Event Management, Data Management, and Analytics.
- Create and distribute products for selected individuals, including Operational Psychologist test materials.
- Create and distribute applicant applications to the board members for grading.
- Create and distribute digital "White Books" for the board and applicants.
- Ensure board members have grading rubric that will be distributed with the application scoring for the preselection board.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may apply once contract is awarded.
Qualifications
Active Secret clearance.
Bachelors degree in business administration, public administration, management or related field,
ORequivalent work experience (5 years) in relevant field in lieu of degree.
A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in program management, event coordination or administrative support.
Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience managing programs and events, including planning, scheduling and logistics.
At least five (5) years of proven experience in data management, applicant research, and maintaining accurate records or databases.
Experience supporting assessment and selection processes, including preparing evaluation materials and coordinating selection events.
Demonstrate ability to collect and organize data and generate reports to inform program decisions.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Must possess exceptional written, verbal and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional and operational setting.
Proven ability to follow organizational standards and policies.
Demonstrated experience exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal leadership and external partners.
