What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of your shift and lead your area to success:
Lead and coach crew to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
Manage shift operations, including staffing, positioning, and flow
Monitor performance and take action to meet service and profitability goals
Oversee inventory, safety, and security procedures
Train and develop team members for growth
Communicate effectively with team members and other leaders

Who We’re Looking For
Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality), McDonald's experience a huge plus
Strong communicator who can lead with confidence and positivity
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Passion for developing others and delivering great results
Must be 18 years or older
