Our client, a leader in life sciences and facility management, is seeking a Facilities Technician 4 (Shifts) - Pfizer to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 4 (Shifts) - Pfizer, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the Operations and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician 4 (Shifts) - Pfizer

Location: Andover, MA

Pay Range: $43

What's the Job?

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple buildings in a campus setting.

  • Respond promptly to system alarms, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure continuous operation.

  • Log complaints, system status updates, and follow-up actions in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • Perform preventive maintenance on critical building systems, including chillers, HVAC units, pumps, and piping.

  • Assist with major repairs, install new equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

What's Needed?

  • Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License (active).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of experience working with HVAC and mechanical systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for refrigeration and HVAC equipment.

  • Proficiency with computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
