Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician 3 (Shifts) - Pfizer to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 3 (Shifts) - Pfizer, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting a dedicated team committed to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Andover, MA
Pay Range: $39
What's the Job?
Maintain continuous operation of all HVAC-related building systems, including mechanical controls, building automation systems (“BAS”), electrical components, and temperature control systems.
Execute preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance procedures with teammates and vendor partners.
Conduct building rounds, maintain detailed logs and data sheets, ensuring all regulatory compliance and safety requirements are met.
Enter detailed and explanatory comments into work order database, so actions can be documented and referenced.
Identify hazards, implement remediation measures, and complete comprehensive safety training programs.
What's Needed?
3+ years of facility-related HVAC and refrigeration work experience.
High school diploma or state equivalent required.
Active Massachusetts Driver’s License.
Demonstrated technical expertise in facility-related systems.
Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CMMS systems.
