Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time.  Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers.  Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.  Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

As a Cross Product Team Lead, you’re part of a larger team responsible for sustainment and maintenance activities supporting the LADS product line sustainment strategy.

In collaboration with other Life Cycle and Field Engineering sustainment personnel you’ll align strategic sustainment plans set forth to enhance and improve sustainment and maintenance activities, create business growth, interface with the end user, and support process improvement while maintaining company policy and procedures.

Leading a multi-functional sustainment team consisting of indirect reports you’ll work with domestic and international suppliers in Support of the LADS product line.

What You Will Do

  • Contract execution including scope of work, cost, performance,scheduleand risk management

  • Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews

  • Financial and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reporting

  • Government Finished Property (GFP) inventory management

  • Field activity support

  • Organic and Depot level maintenance

  • Shared product management

  • Site management

  • Full product service life surveillance and life extension planning

  • Compliance with customer policies, specifications, and requirements

  • Continuous support improvement

  • Conducting briefings and reporting to senior management and customer

  • Strategic planning and execution for long-term, affordable operational readiness support to exceed Warfighter needs

  • This position requires up to10% travel.

This position is posted as ONSITE and is based in Andover or Tewksbury, MA.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or managing program cost, schedule or performance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams across logistics, depot, and sustainment operations

  • Demonstrated consistency, accountability, and flexibility while managing multiple competing priorities

  • Strong customer relationship–building skills to meet contractual and program requirements

  • Expertise in risk analysis, logistical planning, stakeholder management, safety, and DoD operations

  • Knowledge of product life‑cycle management, supported by professional certifications and trade experience

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
