    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulation

  • Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff

  • Document care, food, and fluid intake accurately

  • Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas

  • Support nurses and interdisciplinary team members in providing quality care

    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications & Skills

  • Current and valid Massachusetts CNA certification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Attention to detail and observational skills

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
