Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Janitor in Andersonville, TN✨Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Nestled just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint, beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.
Compensation Range: $17 an hour.

What you will do: The Janitor at Norris Academy is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the campus. Duties include cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas, disposing of trash, and restocking supplies. Responsibilities also include cleaning air vents, assisting with minor maintenance tasks, and reporting facility concerns as needed. The Janitor may also fuel company vehicles and help ensure vehicles are kept clean and ready for use. This role supports daily campus operations and performs other duties as assigned to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age
High-school diploma or equivalent
Be able to pass a thorough background check and fingerprinting
Clean driving record
