ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Andalusia, Alabama
Our client, a leading utility service provider, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a vital part of the Customer Support Department, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, reporting outages, and resolving issues related to power, water, internet, TV cable, and other utility services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-first attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to service excellence and community support.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Andalusia, AL
Pay Range: $15.00
Shift: Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays 3 days per week
What's the Job?
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
Report customer outages and issues accurately and efficiently
Dispatch appropriate personnel to address outages and troubleshoot problems
Maintain moderate computer skills to document and track customer interactions
Adapt to scheduling changes and work independently without supervision
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
