This position includes working with customers, estimating, issuing price quotes and bids, and ordering all materials necessary to meet production schedules. This position interfaces with precast s operations and rebar production personnel regarding quality control, project scheduling, production and delivery.
Specific Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications associated with both precast products and rebar.
2.
Price and order materials necessary to produce precast concrete products.
3.
Assist with office duties including answering phones, preparing production reports, receiving product orders, and monitoring and tracking all timesheets.
4.
Answer and document customer inquiries, take orders and provide quotes.
5.
Other duties as directed by the Operations Management.
