Job Title:Preschool Lead Teacher Pay:$25 per hour Schedule:Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch) Location:Anchorage, AK (On-site)

TDL Staffing is currently hiring a caring and experienced Preschool Lead Teacher on behalf of a respected early learning center in Anchorage. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a close-knit team that values creativity, connection, and child-led learning in a warm, supportive environment.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a preschool classroom of 3-5-year-olds with intention, care, and creativity
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Observe and assess developmental milestones
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred
- At least 2 years of classroom experience is strongly preferred
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A love for hands-on, exploratory learning
