Speech-Language Pathologist – $75/hr – Anaheim, CA – 3-Month Assignment
Position Overview:
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluations, direct therapy services, and documentation for students in accordance with individualized plans of care and professional practice standards. This role supports preschool through 6th-grade students across both general education and SDC settings.
Assignment Details:
Location: Anaheim, CA
Start Date: March 11, 2026
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay Rate: $75/hour (local)
Modality: In-person
Openings: 1 position
Details of Assignment:
Serving Preschool–6th grade students
Supports both general education and SDC populations
Placement split between two school sites (assigned after interview)
Bell schedules fall between 7:30 a.m.–2:37 p.m., with additional time for prep and documentation
Final daily schedule determined collaboratively with the district
Virtual interview required
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations
Provide individual and group therapy aligned with IEPs
Maintain documentation and service logs
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Support articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, and pragmatic needs
Provide communication support for both gen-ed and SDC classrooms
Requirements:
Active California SLP License (required)
CCC-SLP preferred
School-based experience preferred
CPR, TB screening, and health certificate if required
Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
