As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. The Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist works within the Contract Logistics Function. Contract Logistics provides innovative end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions carried out to scale in a structured and standardised manner to optimize supply chain operations for our customers. Is part of the Customer Service Department, driving services and systems that provides the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
Customer Service
Help to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information in between departments and with customers
Contribute to customer support activities, regarding order shipments, discrepancies, billing, etc.
Data and report activities
Compile, sort, and verify data is accurate before order entry and effectively solve potential problems and/or discrepancies
Investigate overdue and damaged shipments
Support to analyse complaints relating to billing or the service rendered, sending complaints for non-performance to the services responsible for investigations, promptly updating customers
