Overview
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a key role within Publicis Groupe NL. You aren’t just responsible for attracting top talent; you act as a strategic advisor and a true sparring partner for our hiring managers.
The business is constantly in motion; priorities shift and the market is challenging. This requires a partner who moves effortlessly between high-level strategy and daily operations. You advise on workforce planning and employer branding, but you also love getting things done and "owning" the recruitment process from A to Z.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
Business Partnership : You excel in stakeholder management, proactively advising at the leadership level on recruitment strategies, market trends, and workforce planning.
End-to-End Recruitment: You take full ownership of the process for complex vacancies, from the initial intake and sourcing to the final contract negotiations.
Navigating Dynamics : You keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize quickly when the business demands it.
Process Optimization: You help further professionalize our recruitment department, focusing on data, ATS optimization, and the candidate experience.
Networking & Community: You increase direct inflow by building talent pools within the media, creative, and tech sectors. You don't just source online; you actively build your network by attending industry events, awards, and meetups to stay connected with the best talent in the market.
Qualifications
You will be a great fit, if..
We’re looking for someone with a mix of strategy and "feet-in-the-mud" mentality. You don’t need to tick every box, but we’re looking for:
Experience : You have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably within an agency or a dynamic corporate environment.
Level : You are used to sparring at a high level; you dare to ask critical questions and are a firm conversational partner.
Hands-on Mentality: You love the operational craft of recruitment but never lose sight of the strategic framework.
Personality : You are independent, proactive, and feel a great sense of ownership over your own "shop."
Language : Excellent level of English.
Vibe : You enjoy working in a lively team, bringing a bit of humor to the table, and staying resilient under pressure.
