We are looking for experienced Technical Support Engineers who are enjoying solving complex technical issues, working with high-tech motion control systems and supporting customers around the world.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you are the technical interface between our customers and our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for E2M motion control systems, both remotely and on-site when required.
Act as the first technical contact for customer support cases, guiding customers through diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control system issues, often down to component level.
Work closely with Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering and Production to resolve complex system issues.
Support customers during installation, commissioning and operational issues.
Participate in the 24/7 support phone rotation with the support team.
Prepare technical proposals for spare parts, service interventions and training.
Coordinate spare part logistics and shipments when replacements are required.
Document issues and solutions to improve system knowledge and prevent recurring problems.
Maintain strong technical relationships with customers and partners worldwide.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent field experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in similar industries or applications
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control software disciplines
Experience with (high-tech) motion control systems (preferred)
Experience with control system software and PLCs (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals and procedures
Willingness to travel internationally on an ad‑hoc basis
Strong customer orientation and relationship‑building skills
Strong team player with effective communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Resilience when handling unexpected situations or challenging stakeholders
Valid driving license
