To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Project Engineer for a temporary 8‑month assignment. In this role, you will support the coordination, documentation, and technical execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
As our Project Engineer, you will:
Prepare, maintain, and deliver comprehensive project documentation.
Monitor project schedules and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
Ensure complete and up‑to‑date project administration.
Resolve NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) with support from design engineers when needed.
Purchase project components and materials in a cost‑effective and timely manner.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
System Testing & Acceptance
Test systems in preparation for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
Execute acceptance testing during the FAT.
Travel to customer sites for the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) or warranty-related activities when required.
Communicate professionally and in a timely manner with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Support the resolution of NCRs in collaboration with design engineers.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field).
Experience working in a technical project environment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or system integration.
Understanding of technical documentation, engineering drawings, and production processes.
Familiarity with system testing, FAT/SAT procedures, or hands-on troubleshooting (preferred but not required).
Ability to work accurately and systematically with documentation, planning tools, and administrative processes.
Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers and suppliers.
A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to travel internationally for short periods (FAT/SAT activities).
