Pet Nutrition Office Coordinator & Team Assistant in Amsterdam, Netherlands

The Office Coordinator and Team Assistant EMEA will manage Champion Petfoods regional office in Amsterdam and support the leadership team in daily operational tasks.

The candidate must be based in Amsterdam and will work from our local office with the flexibility to work from home for one day per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for all office facility related topics: manage office space, office supplies, LT invoices, mail, technical appliances (with support of IT), archives

  • Proactively support EMEA leadership team with (team, customer and other) events preparation and team meetings

  • Responsible for expenses administration, calendar and signature (contracts etc.) management for the Managing Director

  • Supporting the S&OP+ lead to schedule process steps and prepare MBR meetings

  • Management of central contract archive (especially uploading new/updated contracts)

  • Supports the marketing team with the annual international trade fair organization (Interzoo/ Zoomark) and organization of a face-to-face distributor conference

  • Owns our best in class new joiners onboarding

  • Reporting into the P&O Director, this role supports in administrative P&O tasks and projects

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in administrational role (ideally with international elements).

  • Proactive approach to managing problems, always in search of efficiencies.

  • Self-directed, with excellent time management and project planning skills.

  • Excellent communication skills including an ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels including senior management and diverse cross-functional groups.

  • Comfortable with working with team members and colleagues around the world with different cultural backgrounds

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Also fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational abilities, planning and prioritizing skills.

  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
