Global Benefits Senior Analyst
Amsterdam | Hybrid| 31 to 38.75 hours/week

What the day will look like
As a Global Benefits Senior Analyst, you will be part of an industry-leading Global Benefits team, supporting multinational clients with innovative and effective employee benefits solutions. You will report to the Managing Director Global Benefits Netherlands and work closely with consultants, managers, and international colleagues across the Aon Global Benefits network.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and delivering key milestones in global benefits renewals and projects, working closely with client HR and benefits stakeholders
Supporting new and existing global clients by managing projects within agreed timelines, scope, and financial parameters
Drafting and finalizing high-quality reporting and analytical materials for global benefits engagements with limited supervision
Participating in and supporting client meetings, including preparing materials and presenting outcomes where appropriate
Monitoring project deliverables, budgets, and timelines in line with the agreed scope of work
Identifying potential additional services and supporting senior team members in developing further business opportunities
Making analytical conclusions and recommendations based on benefits data and project outcomes
Communicating with external stakeholders such as HR contacts, plan sponsors, auditors, and vendors to resolve issues and respond to inquiries
Training, mentoring, and reviewing the work of less experienced colleagues to ensure accuracy and quality
Continuously developing technical knowledge of global employee benefits, legislation, and market developments

Skills and experience that will lead to success
At least four years of relevant experience within an HR consulting firm or professional services environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly
Solid working knowledge of employee benefits and an interest in global and multicultural environments
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office tools
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant industry experience.
