Jack Link’s EMEA is the European, Middle East and Africa regional arm of Jack Link’s Protein Snacks. In EMEA, Jack Link’s brand portfolio focuses on driving growth of the protein snacks category, with a strong emphasis on Jack Link’s (Beef Jerky, Biltong), Peperami, BiFi and Minuets, as well as expanding into alternative protein snacks.

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Demand & S&OP Process Lead to oversee the end-to-end demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the EMEA region.
In this pivotal role, you will drive forecasting excellence, cross-functional alignment, and business integration across multiple FMCG markets. You will serve as the regional owner of the S&OP process, ensuring synchronization between demand, supply, and financial plans to deliver superior service, cost efficiency, and growth.
Demand Planning
Lead the regional demand planning process across categories, markets, and channels
Consolidate, validate, and challenge forecasts in specific markets using data analytics and market insights
Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts with business targets
Improve forecast accuracy, bias, and forecast value add through disciplined process management
Maintain accurate forecast data within planning systems (SAP APO)
S&OP Process Management
Own and lead the regional S&OP cycle, ensuring strong governance and timely execution
Facilitate Demand, Supply, and Executive S&OP reviews across the EMEA region. Establish Product Portfolio review and Market/Finance Integration as part next level S&OP
Align demand, supply, and financial plans through scenario planning and risk assessment
Present key insights and recom
Own and lead the regional S&OP cycle, ensuring strong governance and timely execution
Facilitate Demand, Supply, and Executive S&OP reviews across the EMEA region. Establish Product Portfolio review and Market/Finance Integration as part next level S&OP
Align demand, supply, and financial plans through scenario planning and risk assessment
Present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the main link between regional and local teams in Sales, Marketing, Supply, and Finance
Integrate innovation, promotional, and portfolio plans into the demand forecast
Drive alignment with global Sales & Operations Planning standards
Analytics & Insights
Develop and track key S&OP performance metrics (forecast accuracy, service, inventory health)
Conduct root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities
Use data-driven insights to challenge assumptions and enhance planning quality
Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of demand planners
Promote best practice sharing and continuous improvement across EMEA markets
Strengthen S&OP maturity through training and process standardization
Process & System Optimization
Champion digital transformation of planning processes using advanced analytics tools
Drive process simplification and standardization across the EMEA region
Collaborate with planning teams on system enhancement initiatives
EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required. Jack Link’s EMEA does not offer relocation package for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company’s corporate language.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8–12 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or IBP within the FMCG/CPG industry
Proven success leading a team and regional or multi-market planning processes
Strong analytical, strategic, and influencing skills
Proficiency in advanced planning systems (SAP IBP, APO or equivalent)
Experience working in matrix, multicultural environments within EMEA
