CyberArk Security Expert
As a CyberArk Specialist (PAM – Privileged Access Management) , you will make an impact by implementing security policies within the organization, translating security requirements into workable solutions that improve the employee journey.
About the Role
You will be a valued member of a dedicated team of Identity & Access Management experts, working collaboratively with IAM teams, infrastructure teams, application owners, and product managers.
Together, you will ensure that Privileged Access Management systems and capabilities are robust, continuously evolving, and aligned with the product vision. As part of an agile team, you are a true team player — involved in a wide variety of activities around the identification, implementation, and ongoing improvement of systems and processes.
You will build towards more release and test automation, leverage preferred technologies, and ensure knowledge and know-how are secured within the team. Together with your colleagues, you guide solutioning close to the standard product and challenge customization demands based on existing processes in CyberArk.
In This Role, You Will:
Work closely with the Identity Access Management team, Infrastructure teams, application owners, and product managers to help drive technical adoption across the organization.
Actively participate in requirements gathering, reviews, and use case development for the implementation of new processes and changes.
Provide technical support for operations and functional colleagues to help resolve incidents and formulate structural solutions to resolve root causes.
Support technical designs for the implementation of new processes and changes.
Determine common and best practices for further development of new features and supporting processes within the tooling.
Configure groups, safes, and policies in CyberArk.
Develop connectivity and plugins to support CyberArk onboarding.
Actively contribute to growing the team towards IAMOps .
What You Need to Have to Be Considered
5+ years of experience working with CyberArk technologies, concepts, and features.
Proven experience in implementation and verification of lifecycle initiatives of the application and supporting platform.
Ability to define and implement best practice standards within the development community.
Experience taking the lead in offsite development teams , collaborating and supporting development teams in their deliveries based on set scope and priorities.
Track record of enhancing quality through implementation of PAM-Onboarding processes.
Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and Identity Access Management frameworks.
Hands-on experience with CyberArk configuration (groups, safes, policies, plugins, and connectors).
These Will Help You Stand Out
Experience working in an agile delivery environment .
Familiarity with IAMOps practices and tooling.
Experience with release and test automation in a PAM context.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
