High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Minimum of five years experience in sports memorabilia collecting, with comprehensive product knowledge Reliable transportation to and from the workplace. (required) 1-2 years of working with sports collectibles (preferred) Comfortable working in an open warehouse environment Roles & Responsibilities: Sort cards and collectibles by sport, year, set, or category. Sleeve, top-load, or otherwise protect items before photography or listing. Clean holders, remove price tags, and ensure presentation quality of product before listing/selling. Assign condition notes and flag items for potential grading or authentication. Prepare bulk items (e.g., boxes, binders, sets) for scanning or photography. Enter accurate product details (player, team, year, set, card number, condition, etc.) into listing templates or databases. Double-check product descriptions and conditions for accuracy. Ensure items are correctly matched with photos before going live. Review listings for consistency with internal pricing and format standards. Move processed products to their designated warehouse locations or photography stations. Prepare consignment return shipments or reports when required.
