Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that align with NYS State standards and District curriculum, considering the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our students;
Create a welcoming classroom environment where every student feels respected and supported;
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and backgrounds;
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success and well-being; and
Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills.
Salary Range: $52,100 - $116,209 (Master's Steps 1-22); $47,072 - $99,337 (Bachelor's Steps 1-22)
