How You'll Work :
Location : Buffalo, NY
Compensation : This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position between $57,550-$74,826 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

About the Role :
The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field, managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do :
Responsible for total oversight and management of an assigned location.
Effective relationship management with the customer, motor carrier partners and the corporate office, this position is accountable for ensuring excellence in the execution of all day-to-day operations.
Act as a liaison between the Company, independently contracted motor carrier partners and the customer, with a focus on delivering cost-effective, timely and professional services to all end-customers. Compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures must be enforced in each market.
This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of annual base salary.
