Description
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Patient Account Rep for its Ames clinic location(s). Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Performs clinical duties that maintain the integrity of our accounts. Providers support in our overall financial processes.
Education
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
Days/Hours
Job Share - Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Days and time are flexible
Experience
Excellent verbal, written communication, computer skills, proficient typing skills.
Customer service experience and working with the public required.
Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
Pre-employment drug screen, driving history check and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
