The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a warehouse environment. This role ensures orders are processed efficiently and meet quality and safety standards.

• Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or handheld scanner instructions
• Use RF scanner to accurately scan items and verify inventory
• Pack items securely and efficiently according to company packaging guidelines
• Label boxes and prepare orders for shipping
• Inspect products for damage or defects before packing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse technology
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Background Check Required
• Saliva Drug Test Required 
• 8 Hour shifts, Monday-Friday (some weekends may be required)
