The Opportunity:We are hiring multiple Account Executives (all levels) within our Dental Software division.
You'll own a greenfield territory of 3,000-4,000 B2B accounts, selling a mission-critical SaaS platform to dental practices and groups that genuinely need better software.
If you're energized by building pipeline, winning new logos, and closing deals-this role is built for you.
While this is a true outbound role, our strong brand recognition helps open doors and create warmer conversations than traditional cold outreach.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Build and manage pipeline within a defined territory
Prospect via outbound calls, email, social, and strategic outreach
Conduct discovery, product demos, and negotiations with decision-makers
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize go-to-market strategy
Who We're Looking For
This role is full sale cycle from prospecting to closing
This is an individual contributor role-not a people leadership position
Required
1-8 years of B2B sales experience
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
Experience managing full sales cycle (discovery close)
Ability to work remotely from a home office
Strong Plus
Experience selling SaaS, healthcare, or vertical software
Familiarity with SMB to mid-market sales cycles
Experience managing large territories or account lists

Compensation
Base Salary: $64,000 - $78,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $96,000 - $146,000
Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, and performance history.
The posted base range for this position is $64,000.00 - $78,000.00 with an OTE (On Target Earnings) range of $96,000.00 to $146,000.00. This is the expected range for an employee who is new to the role, to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills.
