Landscape Crew Leader:
$18 to $25/hr • Typical starting pay: $18 to $21/hr (based on prior leadership) • Top of range: earned through hitting production, quality, safety, and crew development targets

What you'll do
- Lead the crew's daily work plan, assign tasks, and keep production moving while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment so the crew is ready and the job site stays organized and efficient.
- Execute and oversee landscape installation and enhancement work (site prep, planting, grading, bed work, mulch, clean-up).
- Maintain a safe job site, enforce safe work practices, and coach the team on proper methods.
- Communicate progress, changes, and issues (scope questions, site conditions, damage, needs) to the office or project leadership.
Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable to expectations for performance, professionalism, and customer respect.
