Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Clerk to support the C-27J Program by delivering high‑quality warehousing and distribution services in a regulated defence environment. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role is responsible for the receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of aircraft spares, ensuring full compliance with contractual, quality, safety and governance requirements. The Supply Clerk plays a key customer‑focused role, supporting maintenance and operational teams through accurate inventory control, ERP/SAP transactions and adherence to aviation, dangerous goods and defence regulations. The role responsibilities include:
Receive, inspect and record inbound and outbound aircraft spares
Pick, pack and dispatch parts with accurate documentation and final inspection
Perform inventory transactions using ERP/SAP systems
Identify, quarantine and manage non‑conforming or discrepant stock
Conduct stock takes, audits and investigate inventory discrepancies
Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods, Defence and warehousing regulations
Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment

About You:
To be in successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
Proven experience working in a regulated warehousing environment (Defence, aviation or similar)
Hands‑on experience with ERP/SAP or inventory management systems
Experience handling and packaging aeronautical or technical products
Experience with Dangerous Goods handling and compliance
Strong understanding of quality, safety and governance requirements
Experience conducting stock takes, audits and discrepancy investigations
Ability to work in a high‑compliance, security‑cleared environment (or eligible to obtain Baseline clearance)
