We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with an active General Lines license (Property and Casualty, Life and Health) who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a book of business through prospecting, referrals, and provided leads
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (PandC, Life, and Health)
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls
- Cross-sell and up-sell policies to maximize client value
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing service
- Meet or exceed sales and performance targets
- Stay current on industry products, coverage, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Texas General Lines License (Property and Casualty, Life and Health) - Required
- Prior insurance sales experience - Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ambition, energy, and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with heavy phone interaction and sales activity
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission and bonus structure
- First-year earning potential of $55,000+
