Class A CDL Driver/Field Crew Member

Full-Time-90% Hands On Work-10% Driving-Travel Required

Starting Pay Range: $25-$35.00/Hour

Motivera Search Group is hiring for a Class A CDL Field Crew Member to support equipment moves, field operations, welding/cutting tasks, and day?to?day crew work. This position requires Class A CDL, but driving is only a small part of the job. Most of the work is hands?on, physical, and performed alongside the crew on various job sites across the region.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, securing, transporting, and unloading heavy equipment and machinery.
• Support the crew with rigging, signaling, spotting, and equipment positioning.
• Perform including site prep, cleanup, material handling, and equipment staging.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, loaders, and hand tools.
• Use welding and cutting tools (FS welding, torch cutting, grinding, etc.) for field tasks.
• mechanical tasks, equipment checks, and minor repairs.
• Drive company trucks only when needed (short hauls, equipment transport, material delivery).
• Travel frequently to various job sites; overnight stays may be required.
• Follow all safety protocols, CDL standards, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on the job, support the crew, and complete physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (required for travel and equipment operation).
• Valid CDL (Class A ) with a clean driving record.
• Experience in heavy hauling, rigging, mechanical work, welding, and cutting.
• Must have your own basic tools for welding, cutting, and mechanical tasks. If not will be provided if needed.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to travel extensively.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment and industrial environments.
• Commitment to following CDL protocol and performing hands?on field work.
