ManpowerGroup Office Administrator in Altoona, Pennsylvania

Our client, a healthcare organization dedicated to community service, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. As an Office Administrator, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting the Office Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Altoona, PA

Pay Range: $35360 - $39520

What's the Job?

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and organization.

  • Maintain current employee personnel files and compile necessary statistics for the Administrator.

  • Answer all phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Assist with payroll processing and miscellaneous bookkeeping functions.

  • Support administrative duties such as sending notices, maintaining evaluation forms, and managing staff schedules.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience as a coordinator or office manager, preferably in the health field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files, log books, and schedules effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle deadlines and work efficiently in a desk-based environment.
