Job description:
- Guest Services: Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Check-in/Check-out: Manage the check-in and check-out process, including verifying identification and processing credit card payments.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest emails, and relay information to housekeeping or maintenance (e.g., room readiness, repairs).
- Concierge Duties: Provide information regarding local attractions, transportation, and restaurant recommendations.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints, special requests, and inquiries in a calm, professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of room availability, guest accounts, and manage daily cashiering, including balancing shifts. Assist with breakfast and laundry tasks
