Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level , you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level
Location: Alsip, IL
Pay Range: $22.52
Shift: Tues- Thurs 7a-530p
What's the Job?
Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.
Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality meets standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
