⏰ Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the plastics industry, is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Blow Mold Operator to join their production team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring high‑quality plastic container output. What You’ll Do
Operate blow molding equipment to produce high‑quality plastic containers.
Monitor machine performance and make real‑time adjustments to ensure efficient production.
Inspect finished bottles for defects, contamination, and proper weight; remove excess plastic (flash) as needed.
Assist with machine changeovers, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in alignment with 5S and company safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience operating or monitoring manufacturing machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical troubleshooting.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and use pallet jacks for material movement.
