The Project Manager is responsible for effectively working with multiple project teams and stakeholders on client implementations, requiring flexibility utilizing various methodologies and tools.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer
Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to work effectively under stressful situations, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
Experience
managing projects of medium to large scope
managing multiple projects at the same time. (12-15 at various stages)
managing project teams
leading or participating in process improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
2+ years of experience with Smartsheet
Knowledge of:
medical imaging implementations and workflows
databases and enterprise-class information systems
health care imaging - specifically Radiology and Cardiology
cloud-based systems
Running government projects- VA and DOD

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
