Job Description
What You Will Do:
Provide essential administrative and accounting support for capital expenditures across our managed properties
Maintain comprehensive documentation in Coupa/Sage 300 including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders
Audit invoices against budgets and commitments, ensuring proper coding, payment tracking, and lien waiver compliance
Support Project Managers by monitoring performance against approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Maintain capital project reports and account draws while recommending efficiency improvements for departmental procedures
What We Are Looking For:
1+ year of accounting, finance, or capital experience – because a foundation in financial processes helps you hit the ground running
High school diploma (BA/BS in Accounting or Business preferred) – since understanding fundamental business principles strengthens your ability to coordinate complex projects
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, with the ability to efficiently create documents, analyze data, and support daily operational needs
Ability to work 8+ hours at a desk/computer, as maintaining digital documentation systems requires focused screen time
Working knowledge of construction industry terms and practices (preferred) – because speaking the language of contractors and vendors ensures smoother project coordination
