Kimley-Horn Program Coordinator in Alpharetta, Georgia
Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for Engineering graduates with an interest in managing large-scale national programs to join our Alpharetta, GA office in 2026! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
Program Management for a Fortune 50 national client to deliver new retail developments across the country from concept through construction.
Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering efforts, including design, planning, due diligence, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects of varying size and scope.
Coordinate with internal partners, external consultants, and clients to align on project expectations, schedules, and permitting processes.
Prepare site plans and exhibits in accordance with client requirements and local jurisdiction standards.
Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines and offices to develop, permit, and construct new stores nationwide as part of the clients’ vision.
Develop familiarity with the federal, state, and local regulations across the U.S., as well as Kimley-Horn’s and the client’s best practices, procedures, and standards.
Analysts will gain proficiency in software programs specific to their disciplines: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MS Project, and/or GIS.
Qualifications
An ABET accredited engineering or other professional degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2025 in one of the following majors:
Civil and/or Environmental Engineering
Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering
Engineering Technology
Construction Management
Landscape Architecture
City Planning
