Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an IT Project Manager IV- to join their team. As an IT Project Manager IV-, you will be part of the project management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: IT Project Manager with SAP Project managing exp.
Location: Alpharetta, Milwaukee, or Omaha (100% Onsite)
12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
What's the Job?
Support execution, governance, and change management for SAP conversion programs across multiple workstreams.
Build and manage integrated project plans to ensure timely delivery.
Lead governance meetings, RAID reviews, and dependency tracking to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with technical project managers, functional leads, and deployment teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Lead communication efforts, develop training plans, and prepare stakeholder readiness activities.
What's Needed?
Experience managing SAP projects, especially in finance, conversion, or integration areas.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities to drive project success.
Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and project planning.
Ability to escalate and resolve risks/issues effectively.
