Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Lead Electrical & Controls Engineer to drive the development and implementation of electrical and control systems for our advanced material handling solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll set engineering standards, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers---while staying deeply involved in technical execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical system design including schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs
- Develop and implement PLC programs (GuardLogix, Studio 5000) with modular, reusable code
- Program HMI systems using FactoryTalk View and Ignition
- Specify and integrate motors, drives, sensors, and safety components
- Guide system architecture and interface strategies with mechanical and project teams
- Lead FATs, SATs, and customer technical reviews
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians
- Drive engineering efficiency and quality standards
- Collaborate directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting (occasional travel
